Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Canceling renewal, failed jobs and refunds are different processes. Live charging is currently disabled. The rules below describe how requests will be handled when live purchasing opens, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
01How to cancel
Manage cancellation in the Paddle customer portal from your billing page. A scheduled cancellation retains paid access until the actual period ends; access stops when the subscription actually expires/is canceled. If the portal is unavailable, submit a cancellation request through Contact and keep its reference.
02Trials and renewal
If your purchase includes a 7-day trial, it renews automatically at the interval and amount shown at checkout. Cancel before the trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. Cancellation is not a refund request; uninstalling or stopping visits does not cancel a subscription.
03First-purchase refund requests
Within 14 days of a first live purchase, you may request a refund if the purchased generation allowance/paid service has not been used. Include your transaction reference. Partially used services are reviewed against delivery, failure records and applicable law; this rule does not remove statutory withdrawal or refund rights.
04Duplicate charges, failures and quality
For suspected duplicate charges, missing results or technical failure, submit transaction/job references before buying again. We will review service/payment records to determine a refund, re-delivery or allowance restoration. You can submit unsatisfactory outputs for review; subjective dissatisfaction does not guarantee an automatic refund, without limiting remedies for misrepresentation, non-delivery or legal rights.
05Requesting and processing a refund
Choose refunds/billing on Contact and provide your purchase email, transaction reference, date and reason; never send full card numbers or security codes. Reasonable identity verification may be required. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route; timing depends on the processor and bank. Submission is not approval and no fixed arrival time is guaranteed.
06Mandatory local rights
Where local law requires a cooling-off period, specific consent for digital supply, remedies or prorated refunds, those rules apply. If immediate delivery requires express consent and disclosure about withdrawal rights, that must be obtained at checkout; this policy alone does not provide that consent.
